There are costs and there are investments, rarely do we invest in our selves.
I can tell you before I got a coach my self I was adamant I didn’t need help, I had been a personal trainer for 3 years and had a lot of discipline and consistency with training, so why would I need a coach?
Well 2.5 years later I’m still with my coach, I gained the most muscle I had ever built, completely transforming my physique. I went from being so insecure and lonely and isolated, to making amazing friendships, getting into my first relationship, due to the change in my confidence and openness. My business grew, I gained respect for my self and I am a far better and happier person than who I was before I had a coach.
So yes 1:1 coaching is not cheap but if you’re viewing it as a cost I encourage you to reframe your view on coaching. See it as an investment into becoming a better version of who you are right now, because it’s honestly been life changing for me and I know it will be life changing for you.

2) How long is the program?
3) Will I need a gym membership?
Yes. Particularly in recent years, home training has become more popularised, and you can get good results that way, however for optimal muscle growth, strength and the best way of training, training at a fully equipped gym will lead to the best results
I manage payments through stripe however it’s totally up to you on whether you’d prefer to pay upfront or monthly. We will go into more detail during our call to find the best set up for you.
